5 Full-time 4 hours ago Full Job Description Essential Duties and Responsibilities The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:
Record and maintain manifests on-site and in the plant/customer databases and reviewing all information for accurate records Schedules customer appointments for delivery, shipment or both Publish daily production and forecasted schedules for plant operations and coordinating with the Plant Manager/Supervisor to determine progress of treatment and capacity to accept additional loads Analyze past and present data to generate reports and create more effective schedules Maintains records of production data, including volumes of inbound and outbound material Responsible for making decisions on accepting and rejecting material after consultation with the Plant Manager/Supervisor and the customer Accurately recording data in the database Help maintain records for regulatory agencies Performing other work-related duties as assigned Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities) Associates degree in business, engineering, science or at least 5 years of management/dispatch experience Have a working knowledge of the operation, methods and procedures of a water treatment plant Must have a good command of the English language, both written and spoken Must have strong data entry and computer skills, specifically Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word Strong phone communication and customer service skills Physical Demands and Work Environment The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this position.

Production scheduler job is not a physically demanding job.
Employee will be required to sit for long periods of time.
Work irregular hours in peak production cycles and emergency situations.
Proper safety equipment is provided and will need to be worn at all times.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
